What is a trademark?
A trademark may be a word, slogan, or logo, or a combination thereof, that identifies and distinguishes a maker of goods or a
provider of services from other makers or providers of similar goods or services. For example, the word "NIKE", the slogan
"JUST DO IT" and the swoosh symbol are each trademarks that identify a maker of sportswear goods: Nike, Inc.
We will register your trademark with the U.S. federal government to provide the broadest legal protections. Your federal
registration can remain in force indefinitely, so long as the trademark continues to be used commercially.
